Advocate notice to defaulter borrower and Gaurantor :

Rs. 1000/- plus actual charges of advocate and other expenses

Taking possession of property in terms of legal authorization :

Rs. 15,000/- upto o/s dues of 24 lacs or actual expenses whichever is more.

Seizure of hypothecated vehicle :

Rs. 1000/- + parking charges at actual +18% GST

Search report fees of empanelled advocate :

Penal rate of interest (penal interest to be levied for anyone or more or all of the following deficinecies :

Exceeding the sanctioned limit/drawing power (penal interest only on the amount exceeding and number of days/months the account remained exceeded

Non-submission of renewal papers for bowworing facilities before due date penal interest on full outstanding due till the date

Penal interest should be levied @2% over and above the existing interest rate
